Every candle tells a story. Learn to read it—and you read the market.

FOUNDATION – UNDERSTANDING PRICE CANDLES

🔹What is a Price Candle?

A price candle represents the movement of price within a specific time.
Each candle reveals:
  • Open
  • High
  • Low
  • Close

👉 This is the raw truth of the market—no indicators, no delay.

🔹 Candle Anatomy (The Core Language)

🧱The Body

  • Represents open vs close
  • Shows who is winning

✔ Large body = strong control
✔ Small body = hesitation

📏 The Wicks (Shadows)

Reveal rejection and hidden activity

    🧠 The Real Meaning

    • Wicks = failed attempts
    • Body = final decision

👉 This is where most beginners fail—they see shapes, not meaning.

MARKET LANGUAGE – WHAT CANDLES REALLY SAY

🔍What to Watch (The Hidden Signals Inside a Candle)
    1. Small Body + Short Wicks on High Volume

This is one of the most misunderstood but powerful signals in price action.

What it means: Even though volume is high — meaning there’s a lot of activity — price barely moves. This tells you:

Buyers dominance or in contrary indicates sellers dominance
    • Buyers are absorbing everything sellers throw at them
    • Sellers are pushing, but failing to move price
    • Control is quietly shifting to the dominant side (in a bullish candle, that’s the buyers)

This is a revelation candle: The market is telling you who is truly in control, even if the candle doesn’t look dramatic.

Why it matters: Most beginners only react to big candles. Professionals watch for absorption, because it often appears before the real move.

    2. Large Body + Increasing Volume
A strong body with rising volume confirms:
    • Momentum
    • Commitment
    • Clear dominance

This is the market speaking loudly.

    3. Long Wick + High Volume

    This is a battle candle.

    • Long upper wick → buyers tried, sellers shut them down
    • Long lower wick → sellers tried, buyers shut them down

High volume means the rejection wasn’t random — it was intentional

    4. Small Body + Long Wicks (Indecision Under Pressure)

This is where many traders misread the story.

A small body with long wicks shows:

    • Both sides attempted to take control
    • Neither succeeded
    • Market is waiting for more information

This is not a reversal by itself — it’s a question mark.

    🧠 The Core Principle

Candles are not shapes. They are behavior.

    • Body = final decision
    • Wicks = failed attempts
    • Volume = conviction behind the story

When you combine all three, you stop guessing and start reading price.
